Privacy Policy
How Way To Payments handles information in its software, integration, routing, monitoring, analytics, and workflow-management services.
1. Scope and roles
This policy applies to website visitors, platform users, API users, and people whose information is submitted through merchant onboarding or payment-technology workflows. Platform VR Inc. may act as a controller of account and business-contact data or as a processor/service provider for data submitted by a merchant.
Independent licensed PSPs, acquirers, banks, and verification providers process information under their own privacy notices when they perform regulated payment, acquiring, verification, or settlement services.
2. Information collected
We may collect account and contact data, business details, onboarding documents, configuration data, API and webhook logs, support communications, device and security data, and transaction-event metadata needed to route requests, monitor performance, prevent misuse, and provide reporting.
3. Uses
We use information to operate and secure the software; manage accounts, integrations, MIDs, routing rules, onboarding and document workflows; deliver webhooks, analytics, reporting, CRM, and support; detect technical or fraudulent activity; meet legal obligations; and improve services. Way To Payments does not use data to receive, hold, settle, or distribute funds.
4. Sharing
Information may be shared as configured by the merchant with independent licensed PSPs, acquirers, banks, identity-verification providers, fraud-prevention services, infrastructure vendors, and advisers. Payment processing, acquiring, KYC verification, and settlement are performed by the relevant third parties, not by Way To Payments.
5. Legal bases, retention, and transfers
Where applicable, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent. We retain information only as needed for the software services, security, disputes, and applicable obligations. Cross-border transfers use safeguards required by applicable law.
6. Security and rights
We use access controls, encryption in transit, logging, segregation, and other appropriate safeguards. Depending on location, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection.
